Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimise paid advertising campaigns for our clients. You will be responsible for driving results across multiple platforms, ensuring each campaign meets its performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Manage end‑to‑end PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bid management and budget allocation.
• Continuously improve click‑through rates, conversion rates and return on ad spend (ROAS) through data‑driven optimisation.
• Conduct in‑depth keyword research and develop compelling ad copy and extensions.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages and other campaign elements.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking, reporting key performance metrics to clients.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and content creators to align campaign assets with client goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience managing PPC campaigns, especially on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Proven success with eCommerce and services‑industry accounts.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
