Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

The Performance Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid‑media campaigns for our clients. You will work across multiple platforms to drive traffic, conversions and return on ad spend while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch performance marketing strategies on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Manage end‑to‑end PPC campaigns: keyword research, ad creation, bid management and budget allocation.
• Continuously optimise campaigns to improve CTR, conversion rates and ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages and other elements.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking and generate regular performance reports.
• Analyse competitor activity and industry trends to uncover opportunities.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to clients and collaborate with designers, developers and content creators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in PPC advertising, especially Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications are a plus.
• Proven success managing eCommerce and services‑industry campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
