Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Performance Marketing Manager you will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of paid search and social campaigns for our clients, ensuring their advertising objectives are met and ROI is maximised.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Manage end‑to‑end PPC campaigns: keyword research, ad creation, bid management and budget allocation.
• Continuously optimise campaigns to improve click‑through rates, conversion rates and ROAS.
• Conduct in‑depth keyword research and create compelling ad copy and extensions.
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages and other elements.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking and report on key performance metrics.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to clients.
• Communicate with clients, address inquiries and present optimisation recommendations.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and content creators to achieve campaign goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in PPC advertising, primarily on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications are highly desirable.
• Proven success managing eCommerce and services industry campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
