Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

FishAngler is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns that drive mobile app installs, subscription growth, and long‑term engagement across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (TikTok Ads a plus).
• Develop acquisition strategies that drive quality mobile app installs and user growth.
• Manage advertising budgets and optimize performance across multiple international markets.
• Monitor and improve metrics such as CPI, CPA, CTR, CPM, ROAS, retention, LTV, and subscription conversion.
• Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Analytics teams to create high‑performing assets.
• Conduct audience research, creative testing, and performance analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Track performance using mobile attribution and analytics platforms and provide actionable insights.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and platform updates.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in paid media, performance marketing, or mobile user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing monthly ad budgets of $50,000+ with measurable results.
• Experience in a performance‑marketing agency or high‑growth B2C tech company is preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting with some overlap with NA/EU hours.
