Performance & Sustainability Lead

About the role

The Performance & Sustainability Lead will drive the development and execution of performance and sustainability initiatives for Sundar Snacks' manufacturing site. This role ensures KPI delivery, supports corporate productivity targets, and manages internal and external reporting of manufacturing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the plant performance agenda in line with PepsiCo international programs.
• Own all manufacturing reporting systems and ensure data accuracy through audits.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance metrics and create action plans for critical issues.
• Support productivity improvements by identifying opportunities and assisting Kaizen projects.
• Provide training, coaching and performance audits for frontline teams.
• Co‑lead the development and reporting of performance, sustainability and productivity scorecards.
• Develop and implement the annual sustainability glidepath, manage green teams and roll out resource‑conservation programs.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate sustainability managers to align plans and standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering.
• 1‑3 years of experience with manufacturing excellence, IWS, TPM, Open+ or WCM tools.
• Knowledge of FMCG or food processing (preferred).
• Strong technical aptitude and people‑management capabilities.
