About the role
Our client Immunocure is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join their pharmacy team in Karachi. You will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately, providing patient counseling, and supporting the overall pharmacy operations.
Key responsibilities
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently in compliance with laws and regulations.
- Provide professional advice on safe and effective medication use to patients and healthcare providers.
- Educate patients about side effects, drug interactions, and proper medication regimens.
- Manage and maintain medication inventory, ensuring proper storage and disposal.
- Review and interpret prescriptions to confirm accuracy and appropriateness.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care.
- Stay updated on new pharmaceutical products, legislation, and best practices.
- Ensure the pharmacy complies with all health and safety regulations.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience working as a licensed pharmacist.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an accredited institution.
- Valid pharmacist license.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency with pharmacy software and related technologies.
