Pharmacy Technician – Entry Level (1+ yr experience)

About the role

Chughtai Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to support daily pharmacy operations in Pakistan. The role involves accurate medication dispensing, prescription processing, and inventory management while ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately dispense prescription medications following doctor and pharmacist instructions.
• Receive, verify, and process prescription orders.
• Track medication stock levels, place orders, and remove expired items.
• Document prescriptions and maintain records using pharmacy information systems.
• Assist customers with product information and inquiries.
• Prepare and compound medications under pharmacist supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and support quality‑assurance activities.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to avoid dispensing errors.
• Ability to work independently under supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills and commitment to customer service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Pharmacy Information Systems.
• Experience using Inventory Management Software.
