About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Phonic & English Language Teacher to join our team at Earnest Learning Facilitation Center in Karachi. The role focuses on building early literacy skills through engaging phonics instruction and comprehensive English language teaching.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver phonics lessons and foundational English instruction to young learners.
- Develop students' reading, writing, and speaking abilities through interactive activities.
- Design and conduct fun, engaging learning sessions that promote active participation.
- Support early literacy development and monitor progress.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of phonics (mandatory).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good understanding of using technology in the classroom.
- Bachelor’s degree.

What we offer
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 45,000 to PKR 60,000.
- Full‑time, on‑site position in Karachi.
