PHP Developer – WordPress & MySQL (Karachi)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated PHP Developer to join our team in Karachi. You will work on WordPress and WooCommerce projects, creating data‑driven web applications and responsive websites. The role involves close collaboration with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver client solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, code, and maintain websites and web applications using WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP and MySQL.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers on client projects.
• Follow internal coding standards and contribute to their improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest web development trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1‑2 years of professional experience in web development.
• Age between 18 and 25.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Karachi.

Required skills

• PHP and MySQL.
• WordPress core, theme customization, and plugin development.
• WooCommerce.
• HTML5, XHTML, XML, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX.
• Responsive design without reliance on frameworks.
• Custom post types and taxonomies.
• Basic knowledge of programming security best practices.
• Familiarity with Linux command‑line tools (optional).
