Physical Therapist – Rehabilitation Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Riphah International University seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist specializing in rehabilitation to join its remote healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide direct patient care, focusing on musculoskeletal and women's health physical therapy, and will collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to enhance recovery outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments to identify physical conditions and therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans aligned with clinical guidelines and patient goals.
• Apply manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain and improve function.
• Design and guide therapeutic exercise programs tailored to each patient.
• Conduct mobility training to restore balance, coordination, and movement.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises, lifestyle modifications, and therapy procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to coordinate care.

Required profile

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and/or Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT).
• Specialization in Musculoskeletal and Women’s Health Physical Therapy.
• Minimum three years of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Strong patient‑centered approach with excellent clinical judgment.
