Placement Associate

About the role

This position supports the placement team in providing career guidance to students, focusing on academic pathways, courses and programme-specific career opportunities. It also supports school-level networking sessions, peer tutoring, alumni mentoring, the integration of career readiness into the curriculum, and the development of recruiter-facing resources about SDSB programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify student needs and skill gaps and develop targeted interventions with the CSO and school faculty, including workshops with guest speakers and alumni mentoring programmes.
• Coordinate with faculty on credited internship programmes within SDSB and give individualised career guidance to undergraduates, including CV writing and interview preparation.
• Work with the CSO so that university-wide career events such as the Career Fair meet the needs of SDSB students.
• Support collection, maintenance and reporting of student career outcome data.
• Coordinate school-level networking sessions and share employer feedback with faculty for curriculum and programme design.
• Help develop recruiter-facing materials on SDSB programmes and their academic focus.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an HEC-recognised university.
• Up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with undergraduate academic programmes offered by a business school.

• Ability to collaborate with faculty and students.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
