Plan Deployment Lead

About the role

The Plan Deployment Lead coordinates production planning, raw material availability, warehousing and marketing to ensure smooth deployment of schedules on packing machines. This role provides administrative support to the production department, delivering accurate reports and data to keep all factory stakeholders aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Determine future installed and available capacity for new installations or changes across production areas.
• Own SAP capacity master data, ensuring accuracy for planning and resource allocation.
• Convert weekly supply‑chain production plans into workable schedules using a sequencing tool while minimizing changeovers.
• Escalate production execution issues that may affect planned volumes and collaborate with supply‑chain and production teams to devise solutions.
• Coordinate changes in the Master Production Schedule (MPS) due to product design or material updates.
• Work with production and supply‑chain teams to improve planning and schedule conformance.
• Support implementation of production planning system changes and drive resource and process optimization.
• Collaborate with the Factory Manager to ensure on‑time availability of raw materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in production planning or capacity management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with supply‑chain, engineering, and factory management.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
