Power Platform Senior Technical Consultant

About the role

TEKenable is seeking an experienced Power Platform Senior Consultant to join our managed services team remotely from Pakistan. You will support modern cloud‑based solutions, work on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects, and have the chance to expand your expertise across Microsoft technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customise existing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Provide ongoing platform support, resolve incidents, and implement corrective actions.
• Analyse system functions, review functional and technical specifications, and replicate issues in UAT/QA environments.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure best‑practice, high‑quality customer support.
• Maintain high standards of customer engagement and service excellence.
• Document technical solutions and pursue relevant Microsoft certifications.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers at all levels.
• Self‑motivated, decision‑maker, and able to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Resilient, customer‑centric, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Desire to learn new platforms and technologies and mentor junior engineers.

Required skills

• Microsoft Power Platform – PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate.
• Dynamics 365 configuration and customisation.
• .NET / .NET Core development, C# programming.
• Azure cloud concepts, Azure DevOps.
• SQL Server, Microsoft 365, JavaScript, SharePoint.
• Understanding of DataVerse, UI, logic, and visualisations.
• ITIL framework knowledge.
