PR & Creative Specialist

About the role

AuctionNow is hiring a proactive and creative PR Specialist in DHA Phase 6 Raya, Lahore, to strengthen its brand presence, manage public relations activities and build positive relationships with media, partners and stakeholders. The position is full-time and on-site; immediate joiners are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies to improve brand visibility and public image.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers and industry contacts.
• Prepare press releases, media pitches, company announcements and other PR communications.
• Coordinate media coverage, interviews and promotional opportunities.
• Manage brand communication across platforms and ensure consistent messaging.
• Support PR campaigns, brand activations and corporate events.
• Monitor media coverage, industry trends and public perception.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams and identify partnership and collaboration opportunities.
• Prepare PR activity reports and track campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications or marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Ability to write professional press releases, media pitches and brand communications.
• Understanding of media relations, brand positioning and communication strategies.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail and a proactive approach.
