Presales Business Consultant – DICT Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Pre‑Sales professional to join our team in Islamabad as a Business Consultant focused on DICT (Digital, Information, and Communication Technology) solutions. You will design integrated software‑hardware offerings, lead bid responses, and work closely with suppliers and internal product teams to expand our solution portfolio across Pakistan and Iraq.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end DICT integration solutions for sectors such as government, finance, energy, enterprise, industrial parks, and data centers.
• Create and maintain solution templates, architectural diagrams, and a reusable case library for the MENA region.
• Lead technical discussions, conduct customer needs assessments, and clarify solution details for major projects.
• Manage the full bid and tender process, including technical proposals, commercial sections, Bill of Materials, and cost assessments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to secure competitive technical solutions and pricing.
• Develop and maintain a regional supplier ecosystem, negotiate contracts, and maintain a price database for hardware and software components.
• Identify project risks related to suppliers and ensure compliance through audits and supervision mechanisms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of pre‑sales or solution engineering experience in the DICT industry, preferably with a system integrator or multinational environment.
• Proven ability to independently design integrated systems and author high‑quality technical proposals.
• Hands‑on experience in supplier management and coordinating multi‑vendor resources.
