Price Manager

About the role

Ericsson is looking for an experienced Price Manager to join its Pakistan team. You will work closely with sales, domain and commercial teams to drive profitable growth, optimise commercial value and align local pricing strategies with global priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead pricing strategies for hardware, software and services.
• Conduct benchmarking and trend analysis to ensure competitive positioning.
• Create and own business cases in collaboration with sales, domain and commercial stakeholders.
• Initiate and lead pricing approval processes, ensuring alignment with global standards.
• Provide advice on terms, cash flow, profitability and risk assessments.
• Own customer price sheets, discount structures and incentive programmes.
• Contribute to pricing excellence initiatives focused on analytics, automation and digitalisation.

Required profile

• A degree in Engineering, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in telecom, IT, networks or digital services.
• Strong knowledge of the Pakistani telecom market and its stakeholders.
• Excellent financial acumen and proven ability to develop business cases.
• Outstanding analytical capabilities and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Demonstrated experience in direct customer negotiations and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in English.
