Process Engineer

About the role

As a Process Engineer you will manage maintenance, calibration & measurement (C&M) and energy performance indicators to support the technical services at Haleon's Jamshoro site.

Key responsibilities

• Define and monitor KPIs based on compliance, user, and audit requirements.
• Improve KPIs using innovative, user‑friendly tools and drive remediation plans.
• Facilitate collaboration between Manufacturing Performance Units, management, and technical teams such as the SAP software team.
• Analyse KPI data, define actions, and lead corrective and preventive action meetings.
• Own technical tours in MPU and act as the primary contact for related technology and IT development, providing user support.
• Lead technical services governance through transversal committees.
• Serve as Performance Manager for Asset Care, implementing tools for capacity and asset management.
• Track projects and act as the main liaison for Asset Care information and actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (MBA a plus).
• 2‑5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with maintenance technologies and processes.
• Proven experience in process improvement.
