Processing Manager (Student Application Processing)

About the role

The Processing Manager will lead the end‑to‑end handling of student applications for UK study programmes. Based in Faisalabad, you will ensure each application is processed accurately, on time, and in line with the company’s high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete application workflow for prospective UK students.
• Analyse application data to verify eligibility and completeness.
• Interact with clients, answer queries, and provide guidance on financial and eligibility assessments.
• Coordinate with internal departments to streamline processes and resolve bottlenecks.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate application details.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Experience in finance or underwriting to assess eligibility and manage financial documentation.
• Team‑player attitude with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Organisational skills for handling multiple applications simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (preferred).
• Familiarity with the education sector or study‑abroad processes is an advantage.
