Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Lead – Karachi

About the role

The Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Lead will oversee the full P2P cycle for a fast‑moving consumer goods or manufacturing environment in Karachi. This role combines operational ownership with team leadership to ensure timely vendor payments and compliance with internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end P2P operations, including GRN processing, invoice verification, and vendor payments while meeting SLA targets.
• Manage, coach, and develop the P2P team; set KPIs, monitor performance, and enforce internal policies.
• Resolve vendor and stakeholder escalations related to invoices, payments, and procurement transactions.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and digitalisation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare operational reports, track key metrics, support audits, and ensure compliance with governance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 + years of experience in Procure‑to‑Pay, Accounts Payable, or Shared Services operations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and end‑to‑end P2P processes.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and drive performance.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
