Procurement Executive

About the role

Mobiz is seeking a motivated Procurement Executive to own end‑to‑end sourcing and purchasing across the organization. You will work closely with multiple departments to secure cost‑effective goods and services that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle, from requisitions to order fulfillment.
• Evaluate bid proposals, vendor history and prepare assessment reports for award decisions.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to keep costs within budget.
• Source and onboard vendors for IT hardware, software licenses, cloud services and subcontracted services.
• Register deals in vendor, manufacturer and distributor portals to obtain special pricing and discounts.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships, monitor performance and ensure contract compliance.
• Coordinate delivery and shipping through third‑party carriers as needed.
• Track purchase orders and invoices through to payment and process vendor payments.
• Maintain procurement database, sourcing documentation, vendor records and contracts.
• Analyze vendor and sourcing data to identify cost‑savings and process improvements.
• Support internal stakeholders on product selection, forecasting and specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience as a Procurement Specialist, Procurement Executive or a similar role.
• Detail‑oriented with strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
