Procurement Executive

About the role

Mobiz is seeking a motivated Procurement Executive to lead end‑to‑end sourcing and purchasing activities across the organization. You will work closely with multiple departments to secure cost‑effective hardware, software, cloud services and subcontracted solutions that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle, from requisitions and purchase orders to order fulfillment.
• Evaluate bid proposals, vendor histories and prepare assessment reports to support award decisions.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to keep costs within budget.
• Source and onboard vendors for IT hardware, software licenses, cloud services and subcontracted services.
• Register deals in vendor, manufacturer and distributor portals to capture special pricing and discounts.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships, monitor performance and ensure contract compliance.
• Coordinate delivery and shipping with third‑party carriers as needed.
• Track purchase orders and invoices through to payment and process vendor payments.
• Maintain procurement databases, sourcing documentation, vendor records and contracts.
• Analyze vendor and sourcing data to identify cost‑savings and process improvements.
• Support internal stakeholders on product selection, forecasting and specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience as a Procurement Specialist, Procurement Executive or a similar role.
• Detail‑oriented with strong negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vendors, budgets and timelines simultaneously.
