Procurement Specialist / Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

ARAR Group is seeking a diligent Procurement Specialist / Supply Chain Coordinator to support its operations in Lahore. The role focuses on sourcing materials and services, managing purchase orders, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery.
• Manage the end‑to‑end purchase order process, from requisition to receipt confirmation.
• Monitor and control inventory levels, using inventory control systems to balance stock availability and excess.
• Evaluate vendor performance regularly against quality, delivery, and cost criteria.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align procurement needs with business objectives.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure the best value.
• Prepare and maintain procurement documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
• Analyze market trends and supply risks to inform procurement decisions.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives within the supply chain function.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of professional experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Proven ability to manage purchase orders and monitor inventory.
• Strong supplier relationship and vendor evaluation skills.
• Excellent coordination with internal teams and external partners.
