Product Designer

About the role

Join Educative’s design team to shape the experience of millions of learners on Fenzo, an AI‑powered learning platform. You will define visual and interaction standards for a suite of products that generate personalized courses, books, test prep and flashcards in seconds.

Key responsibilities

• Advocate relentlessly for the customer experience, turning pain points into usable, enjoyable, and accessible solutions.
• Partner closely with product managers on feedback and roadmap, then collaborate with engineering to bring designs to life.
• Set design direction from research and cross‑team input, delivering concepts, wireframes, high‑fidelity prototypes and tested designs.
• Present and defend design decisions to cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
• Work within and evolve the design system, helping define what “AI‑ready” design means for Fenzo.

Required profile

• Proven track record of real design impact—products shaped solo, experiences that drove usage, or systems scaled at larger companies.
• Experience across the full design process: research, wireframing, prototyping, visual and interaction design, and usability testing.
• Portfolio demonstrating depth in both interaction and visual design.
• Strong visual eye that raises the bar for teammates.
• Comfort collaborating with product, engineering and leadership, and defending rationale.
• Relentless drive to go beyond “good enough.”
• Design degree (VCD, UX, Fine Arts, Interaction Design, CS/HCI) or equivalent experience.
