Product Engineer

About the role

The Product Engineer at KnowledgeCity is an autonomous, end‑to‑end product delivery owner operating within an AI‑native model. You will own a product domain from discovery through continuous improvement, directing AI agents across all delivery disciplines while maintaining high‑velocity, quality‑first output.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of an assigned product domain – discovery, specification, design, engineering, QA, documentation, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Orchestrate a suite of AI agents to execute tasks across delivery disciplines with minimal operational dependency.
• Deliver production‑ready improvements on a continuous, high‑velocity cadence while ensuring each release is fully tested, documented, and stable.
• Validate production outcomes within one hour of each release, monitor health, detect regressions, and initiate rollbacks if stability is at risk.
• Govern release readiness, maintain cross‑environment testing discipline, and track deployment quality metrics.

Required profile

• Self‑sufficient product delivery leader who takes full ownership of domain health and user satisfaction.
• Strong enterprise‑grade delivery discipline with a focus on production ownership and UX quality.
• Customer‑outcome orientation combined with technical ability to build, ship, and maintain stable services.
• Ability to work autonomously, make data‑driven decisions, and drive measurable improvements.
