Product Information Executive

About the role

CCL Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Product Information Executive to deliver evidence‑based patient counselling and nutritional guidance through digital channels. The role blends scientific accuracy with engaging communication to help individuals make informed health decisions and choose appropriate multivitamin and nutraceutical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized, evidence‑based counselling and nutrition advice via teleconsultations and digital platforms.
• Develop and publish patient education content, health‑awareness articles, blogs, and diet plans for online channels.
• Support health campaigns, community outreach programs, and medical camps.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Medical Affairs to create scientifically accurate promotional materials.
• Monitor healthcare trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards while managing multiple priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Pharm D from an HEC‑recognized institution.
• 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical marketing, patient counselling, or related healthcare roles.
• Strong understanding of nutrition, lifestyle management, and preventive healthcare.
• Excellent writing skills for health articles, educational content, and patient communication.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for patient engagement.
