Product Listing Manager

About the role

Print Volt is a fast‑growing e‑commerce business focused on print‑on‑demand products. We are looking for a detail‑oriented Product Listing Manager to lead our listing team and own the end‑to‑end process that brings products to market.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Listing Strategists and Executives, set weekly and monthly targets, and manage daily workflow.
• Perform final quality control by reviewing and approving listing templates and strategies.
• Analyse and optimise listing creation processes to increase speed and reduce errors while ensuring compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Head of E‑commerce to define product presentation and SEO strategy across marketplaces.
• Monitor performance metrics such as conversion rate, click‑through rate and initial sales, and coordinate launches with Marketing and Design.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of e‑commerce experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record managing high‑volume listings on Amazon, eBay, Etsy or WooCommerce.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of e‑commerce SEO and ranking factors for major marketplaces.
• Data analysis to interpret listing performance.
• Process management, SOP creation and optimisation.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce backend systems and listing management software.
• Hands‑on experience with Amazon, eBay, Etsy and WooCommerce platforms.
