Product Manager - Customer Experience

About the role

The company is seeking a Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of its Customer Experience (CXP) product, driving alignment between business goals, user needs, and technical delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product development from concept through execution, creating and maintaining the roadmap based on market research and user feedback.
• Collaborate across business, technology, and operations teams to ensure clear communication and seamless delivery.
• Analyze product performance data, identify trends, and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Manage risk by identifying potential issues, assessing impact, and defining mitigation plans.
• Oversee bug triage for the CXP system, escalating and resolving issues for long‑term stability.
• Define AI model acceptance criteria (accuracy, latency, precision) and participate in technical design discussions around architecture, training data, and deployment pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Computing, AI or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of product management or product operations experience, preferably in e‑commerce, customer experience, or AI.
• Strong knowledge of product development frameworks, Agile methods, and structured problem‑solving.
• Proven ability to analyze data, make data‑driven decisions, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with system integrations, third‑party vendor management, and operational workflows.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• SQL.
• Python (basic programming).
