Product Manager

About the role

Translation Empire PK is seeking a Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of its products, from concept through launch and ongoing improvement. You will drive development, shape go‑to‑market strategies, and ensure the product continuously meets business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with market opportunities.
• Develop and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user needs and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and sales to deliver high‑quality products on time and within budget.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Define product requirements, create user stories and set key performance indicators.
• Develop and maintain product training materials and documentation for internal and external audiences.
• Monitor pre‑ and post‑launch performance, gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze product performance, customer feedback and market trends to identify enhancement opportunities.
• Integrate customer feedback into future product iterations and manage product retirement when needed.
• Oversee live system deployment, backups, database design, code management and TFS repository administration.
• Create and review technical documents, workflows, wireframes and validate development work with the scrum team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field (MBA a plus).
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello or similar platforms.
