Product Manager

About the role

vFairs is seeking a Product Manager to drive innovation and shape the future of its event management platform. You will turn ideas into actionable product plans and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver experiences that impact millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop user personas, stories, interaction flows and sitemaps for assigned products.
• Work with designers and engineers to create clear wireframes and prototypes.
• Write detailed product specifications/PRDs and manage feature backlogs.
• Analyze click‑flow data to generate insights on user behavior.
• Collaborate with development, design, QA and product marketing to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality releases.
• Create experiments to test hypotheses, execute them and share findings with recommended actions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of product management experience.
• Strong understanding of customer experience and ability to identify product gaps.
• Comfortable in technical environments and able to converse with engineers.
• Excellent verbal communication in English and ability to motivate cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of databases and software development processes.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Proficiency with backlog tools such as Slack, Jira and Asana.
• Wireframing and prototyping using Figma, Sketch or similar tools.
