Product Manager

About the role

Game District is seeking an analytical and passionate Product Manager to shape the future of its mobile entertainment products. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design features, run experiments, and drive engagement, retention, and monetization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and document new product features, LiveOps events, and progression systems.
• Set up, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions.
• Analyze user behavior, product data, and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Model and balance user journeys and monetization funnels using spreadsheets and mathematical simulations.
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis in the mobile entertainment space.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Artists, User Acquisition, and QA to ensure high‑quality feature delivery.
• Review community feedback from app store reviews, Discord, and other channels to extract actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience (product, analytics, or similar).
• Genuine passion for mobile entertainment products and curiosity about their design and monetization.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with data, spreadsheets, and mathematical models.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic modeling.
• Understanding of A/B testing, statistics, or experimentation frameworks.
• Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience with design and collaboration tools such as Figma and Miro.
