Product Manager – Payments Infrastructure

About the role

Jeeny is looking for a highly technical Product Manager to own and scale the core payment infrastructure that powers its ride‑hailing marketplace. You will work in a high‑volume, real‑time environment to ensure seamless money movement between riders and drivers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain the end‑to‑end payment routing engine and integrate with PSPs such as Stripe, Adyen, Checkout.com and local acquirers.
• Implement dynamic routing and fallback logic to maximise authorisation rates while minimising processing costs.
• Optimise rider payment flows, tokenisation, wallet linkage and alternative payment methods.
• Develop and scale driver payout rails, including instant payout capabilities via Visa Direct or Mastercard Send.
• Collaborate with risk and fraud teams to design transaction flows, reduce false declines and minimise chargebacks.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience focused on payment infrastructure, gateways or core FinTech products.
• Deep technical understanding of the payment ecosystem (acquirers, issuers, card networks, tokenisation, 3DS).
• Proven track record building and managing REST APIs and third‑party vendor integrations.
• Strong data fluency; comfortable using SQL and BI tools to analyse authorisation rates, latency and routing performance.
• Experience operating in a high‑volume transactional environment.
