Production Manager / Shift Incharge (Production)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in the Jamshoro District and is responsible for leading daily production operations. The Production Manager/Shift Incharge will ensure that production targets are achieved efficiently while upholding quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily production activities across the shift.
• Ensure production targets are met on time and within budget.
• Maintain and improve quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Optimize resource utilization and workflow efficiency.
• Monitor operational processes and resolve production challenges promptly.
• Supervise and coach production staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate material flow.
• Collaborate with other departments to align production with organizational goals.

Required profile

• Educational background in Engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably paper, board, card board, or cement board production.
• Proven ability to lead a production shift and manage a team.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.

Required skills

• Engineering knowledge applicable to manufacturing processes.
