Program Design Management Associate

About the role

The Punjab Skills Development Fund is seeking a Management Associate specialized in Program Design to support the execution and continuous improvement of its programmes. The role focuses on accurate application processing, complaint tracking, and policy adherence to enhance the applicant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with training providers, implementation partners and other stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery.
• Assist in refining programme processes, policies, operational guidelines and service‑delivery mechanisms based on feedback and implementation learnings.
• Prepare concept notes, presentations, meeting minutes, reports, briefs and other programme‑related documentation.
• Develop Terms of Reference (TOR) and support the Assistant Manager, Program Design on new initiatives and outsourcing tasks to third parties.
• Liaise with internal and external partners for research & development and segment analysis.
• Support the Assistant Manager, Program Design in any additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience, preferably in the public sector.
• Strong knowledge of programme design, processes and policies.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple programme elements simultaneously.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
