Project Contract Manager

About the role

The Project Contract Manager will be the primary interface for contract management within Grid Solutions Business, supporting grid systems integration projects across Pakistan and the broader MEA region. The role covers the full contract lifecycle from award to closeout and provides occasional commercial support during tendering.

Key responsibilities

• Review tender and contract documents and implement contract management procedures.
• Provide contract and risk analysis, bid clarifications, and correspondence to tendering and operational teams.
• Ensure contracts are performed, issues resolved, and closed out properly.
• Coordinate project plans with Planning & Controls and pursue extensions, change orders, and claims.
• Identify and manage contractual risks and opportunities.
• Draft and align sub‑contracts with main contract terms.
• Manage project insurances, monitor claims, and ensure compliance with policy requirements.
• Establish project‑specific contract management tools, registers, and processes.
• Support dispute resolution and provide contractual guidance to project teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract management for large‑scale grid or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of contract risk analysis, change management, and claims handling.
• Ability to draft and review subcontract agreements and contractual notices.
• Experience managing project insurance requirements and claims.
• Excellent collaboration skills with project management, planning, and commercial functions.
