About the role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, tracking, and documentation across multiple IT projects. The role will work closely with technical teams, clients and stakeholders to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, schedules and resources across several initiatives.
  • Track progress, prepare status reports and maintain project documentation such as BRDs, SRDs, FRDs and SRS.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings, follow up on action items and ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify risks or delays, escalating issues when required.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, clients and stakeholders to align expectations.
  • Utilize Jira, Trello and Microsoft tools for effective project tracking.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
