Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of IT deployment projects for our top‑tier clients. The role ensures smooth coordination across multiple internal teams, maintains high customer satisfaction and meets service‑level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end deployment processes and schedule management.
• Collaborate with internal teams using tools such as CRM, FTM, CIM, AX, Kinaxis and ServiceNow.
• Process orders with attention to detail, perform quality checks, release shipments and monitor status.
• Maintain inventory management best practices and support demand‑planning activities.
• Manage project artefacts using client dashboards, Smartsheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Drive deployment requirements through Kinaxis, handling order, schedule and internal changes.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent organizational and process‑management abilities.
• Comfortable working with ambiguous requests and competing priorities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and solve problems analytically.
