Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of IT deployment projects for our top‑tier clients. The role involves managing deployment schedules, coordinating across internal teams and ensuring high customer satisfaction while meeting SLA expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end deployment processes and maintain accurate order processing.
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams using tools such as CRM, FTM, CIM, AX, Kinaxis and ServiceNow.
• Perform quality checks, release orders and monitor shipment status.
• Maintain inventory‑management best practices and support demand‑planning activities.
• Manage project dashboards, Smartsheets and Microsoft Excel reports.
• Drive schedule and order changes through Kinaxis demand‑planning tools.
• Support the team in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to ambiguous requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with FTM, CIM and AX platforms.
• Proficiency in Kinaxis demand‑planning tool.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow.
• Competence in Smartsheets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
