Solution Architect – Onsite in Islamabad

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑grade applications and platforms on‑site in Islamabad. You will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and high‑performing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end architecture for complex, distributed systems.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Define integration strategies across multiple platforms and services.
• Lead architecture discussions, design reviews and solution validation.
• Provide guidance on design patterns, frameworks and engineering standards.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools and frameworks.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation, specifications and diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance and regulatory standards.
• Drive cloud transformation initiatives on AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Optimize performance, reliability, scalability and cost efficiency.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines.
• Support pre‑sales activities with solution proposals and technical presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development, solution architecture or similar technical roles.
• Proven track record designing and implementing complex, distributed systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
