Project Coordinator

About the role

Zones, a global IT solutions provider, is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of deployment projects for its top‑tier clients. The role focuses on ensuring smooth order processing, schedule management and high customer satisfaction while navigating ambiguous requests and competing priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment processes across multiple internal teams using tools such as CRM, FTM, CIM, AX, Kinaxis and ServiceNow.
• Manage order processing, quality checks, shipment monitoring and schedule changes.
• Maintain project dashboards, Smartsheets and Microsoft Excel trackers to drive visibility and demand planning.
• Develop a solid understanding of inventory‑management best practices and apply them to project execution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Highly organized, able to handle ambiguity and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM, FTM, CIM, AX, Kinaxis, ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Smartsheets.
• Familiarity with client dashboards and inventory‑management principles.
