Project Director – High Rise Construction

About the role

Eila Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead high‑rise construction projects for a leading client in the hospital sector. The role involves overseeing all phases from planning through handover, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of project planning, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Oversee civil, structural, architectural, infrastructure, MEP, and finishing works.
• Manage consultants, contractors, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and HSE performance.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Drive risk management, value engineering, and project controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15–20 years of experience in large‑scale construction projects.
• 7–10 years of experience as a Project Director or Head of Projects, specifically handling high‑rise building projects.
• Proven experience in institutional and high‑rise developments, particularly hospital facilities.
