Project Executive - PMO (Odoo & SAP Business One)

About the role

An organized, client-facing ERP Project Executive is sought to coordinate and monitor Odoo and SAP Business One implementation projects. The role works closely with Project Managers, functional consultants and client teams to manage project plans, documentation, communication, timelines, deliverables and implementation milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Run discovery sessions, document business requirements and prepare project kick-off presentations.
• Develop and maintain project plans and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in MS Project, tracking progress against approved timelines and baselines.
• Prepare effort estimates and support proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Monitor scope, manage change requests and obtain client approvals and sign-offs on key deliverables.
• Prepare minutes of meetings, maintain action trackers and RAID logs, and produce weekly status reports and steering committee presentations.
• Coordinate UAT, training, data migration, cutover and go-live readiness with consultants and clients.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, milestones and deliverables, with timely follow-up and escalation.
• Work with functional consultants and client stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Inventory/Warehouse, Manufacturing and Sales & Distribution.
• Manage project closure, including final sign-offs, handover to support teams and lessons learned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related field; MBA or Master's in Project Management is an advantage.
• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO or project executive roles.
• At least 1-2 years of ERP implementation experience with Odoo, SAP Business One or a similar platform, preferably in an IT services or consulting company.
• Practical involvement in at least two full ERP implementations, preferably from the vendor or implementation partner side.

Required skills

• Strong hands-on proficiency in MS Project, plus MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Good understanding of the ERP implementation lifecycle, from discovery and planning to go-live and post-go-live support.
