Project Head Construction – High-rise Building

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Project Head to lead the delivery of high‑rise building projects from planning through handover. This senior position requires full ownership of civil, structural, architectural, MEP and finishing works, ensuring quality, safety and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of project planning, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Oversee civil, structural, architectural, infrastructure, MEP, and finishing works.
• Manage consultants, contractors, stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and HSE performance.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes and standards.
• Drive risk management, value engineering and project controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15–20 years of experience in large‑scale construction projects.
• 7–10 years of experience as a Project Director or Head of Projects on high‑rise building projects.
• Proven experience in institutional and high‑rise developments.
• Strong expertise in structural works, finishing works, project management and contractor coordination.
