Project Manager 2

About the role

Zones, a global IT solutions provider, is seeking a Project Manager 2 to lead complex initiatives across its digital workplace, cloud, networking, and security services. The role requires a curious, creative thinker who can translate ambiguous requirements into clear, measurable project plans.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate strategy, plans and measurable objectives for programs and projects.
• Define scope, requirements and deliverables using PMO principles.
• Partner with senior stakeholders (Product Management, Purchasing, Operations, IT, Finance, Sales) to prioritize initiatives.
• Drive improvement of Key Process Indicators (KPIs) against baseline measurements.
• Manage project scope, budget and schedule to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure 100% of tasks are resolved and documented.
