About the role

Zones, a global IT solutions provider, is seeking a Project Manager 2 to lead investigations into undefined areas, translate ambiguous requirements into clear scope, and deliver measurable outcomes using PMO principles. The role partners with senior stakeholders across product, purchasing, operations, IT, finance, and sales to drive performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate strategy, plans, and measurable objectives for programs and projects.
• Identify, track, and improve Key Process Indicators (KPIs) against baseline measurements.
• Ensure timely completion of project initiatives and deliverables.
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to meet program goals.
• Resolve 100% of assigned tasks and drive continuous improvement.
