Project Manager (Agile Delivery)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive Agile delivery of software solutions. The role focuses on fostering Scrum, Kanban and other Agile best practices across multiple development teams, ensuring high‑quality, on‑time releases.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement and Release Planning.
• Partner with Product Owners, Technical Account Managers, Architects, Team Leads and stakeholders to align priorities, scope and delivery objectives.
• Track sprint commitments, team velocity and key delivery metrics to guarantee predictable outcomes.
• Identify, manage and remove impediments that affect team productivity.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities to meet feature, enhancement and customer commitment timelines.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, assumptions and resource allocation.
• Provide regular status updates, progress reports and risk assessments to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement based on retrospective outcomes and delivery metrics.
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards, timelines and business goals.
• Manage change requests and communicate impacts on scope, schedule and resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager or Agile Delivery Manager in a software development environment.
• Proven track record of managing Agile software projects and leading cross‑functional engineering teams.
• PMP certification or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and PRINCE2.
• Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
