Project Manager – Agile IT Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead our IT initiatives from concept to delivery. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, the Product Owner, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a servant leader, fostering an environment where Scrum teams can thrive.
• Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain and refine product backlogs in collaboration with the Product Owner.
• Track team velocity, metrics, and Agile charts to provide visibility and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve risks, impediments, and conflicts using Scrum values.
• Coach team members on Agile and Scrum best practices.
• Support onboarding and mentorship of less‑experienced Scrum Masters.
