Project Manager – Data Centre Infrastructure

About the role

Sudlows Consulting, a Kent Company, is a global leader in data centre design, engineering and critical infrastructure consulting. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead data centre projects across Pakistan while collaborating with our Middle East and APAC management teams. This position offers the chance to drive high‑impact projects and contribute to the growth of our regional operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage data centre and MEP infrastructure projects from planning through handover.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals and technical documentation.
• Conduct site surveys, quality‑assurance inspections and oversee testing & commissioning.
• Analyse project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure deliverables meet company standards and client expectations.
• Support business development by identifying new project opportunities.
• Prepare technical responses, commercial clarifications and detailed project reports.
• Mentor project engineers to boost team productivity.
• Maintain comprehensive project records for audits and client reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of project management experience, including at least 2 years in data centre infrastructure (power/cooling).
• Knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems design for data centres.
• Familiarity with Uptime Tiers and TIA 942‑B standards.
• Experience with testing and commissioning of data centres.
