Project Manager – Digital Agency (Rawalpindi)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead digital projects for an agency based in Rawalpindi. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, communicating with international clients, and ensuring timely delivery of website and marketing solutions. The position works night shifts from Monday to Saturday.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate directly with clients to understand and gather complete project requirements.
• Conduct client meetings and maintain professional communication throughout the project.
• Prepare project briefs, scopes, timelines, and all required documentation.
• Assign tasks to developers, designers, SEO specialists, and digital marketing teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage the company’s internal project management system.
• Prepare professional proposals, quotations, reports, and business emails.
• Coordinate office operations and provide administrative support when required.
• Review website designs and development work before submitting them to clients.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained across all projects.
• Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and keep projects running smoothly.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a digital agency.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong experience in project management and team coordination.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience writing professional proposals, reports, and project documentation.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills.
• Good design sense and understanding of modern web standards.
• Preferred: experience working with onsite teams, technical background in web development or digital marketing, and dealing directly with international clients.

What we offer

• Salary range PKR 100,000 – 120,000 per month.
• Night‑shift schedule (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
