Project Manager (FinTech)

About the role

Haball Private Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fintech solution deliveries for its clients in Karachi. The role bridges business needs and technical execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact, providing clear communication, updates, and expectation management.
• Translate client requirements into actionable project plans and align internal teams.
• Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycle, overseeing timelines, milestones, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Development, QA, and Business Analysis to ensure seamless delivery.
• Facilitate client meetings, kick‑offs, requirement discussions, progress reviews, and status updates.
• Work with banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions to ensure successful integrations.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage sprints, backlogs, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain project documentation, track progress, and provide transparent reporting.

Required profile

• 6+ years of project management experience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, or software development.
• Proven client‑facing experience with strong stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage software projects from requirements gathering through delivery.
• Experience coordinating developers, QA engineers, and business analysts.
• Familiarity with digital payments, financing solutions, and banking integrations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Jira.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Visio.
• Experience using Microsoft Project.
