Project Manager – Installation & Site Coordination

About the role

Interwood Mobel is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of project installations. The role ensures timely delivery, quality compliance, efficient material use, and high customer satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams and external contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise installation activities to guarantee smooth and on‑time execution.
• Coordinate with internal departments and contractors to maintain project progress and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, installation standards, quality requirements, and SOPs.
• Monitor material inventory, stock reconciliation, and safe handling at project sites and stores.
• Conduct regular site inspections and produce progress and inventory reports.
• Identify quality concerns and drive corrective actions with relevant teams.
• Oversee contractor performance, productivity, compliance, and billing verification.
• Prepare project‑related billing, documentation, and closure reports.
• Communicate with clients regarding schedules, installations, and issue resolution to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain effective coordination among sales, operations, production, warehouse, and quality teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in project installations, operations, or the furniture/interior industry.
• Strong understanding of site operations, contractor management, and project execution.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Experience using Primavera for project planning.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
